Az előszélt a adja, melyet egyik oldalán simán gomboljuk az oldalszélhez (b), miként azt a kép is mutatja. Másik oldalát pedig a c oldalszélhez varrjuk s ezzel együtt a keresztekkel és pontokkal fölcsípjük. A hátsó redőzethez egyenes szél szükséges, melyhez d felét adja. Ezt mindkét oldalt egyenlően fölcsípjük és csupán csillagig illesztjük össze az oldalszélekkel. A tunika alsószélét 10 cm szélesen tűzdelt vonalok díszítik.
